I loved the Botanical Garden and the Japanese Garden! Even though it was terribly dry and hot, I enjoyed both so much! Can only imagine how beautiful it would have been if it had not been so dry! Loved seeing the koi fish and turtles....More

Absolutely unnecessary! The area is almost crime-free unless you leave your bike unlocked. I always lock to a post or to a bike designated area & have never had a problem. This is a very public area that is also patrolled, & unless you are @ night, no worry. Call me @ 214-886-7058 if you need more feedback; otherwise, consider most of Fort Worth safe. Good luck!

You are a short distance to the square in downtown Fort Worth, which is a great place to hang out for dinner and shopping. I recommend the Omni Hotel, but there are many others. Other great areas nearby - the museum district, the restaurants on West 7th, and the restaurants on Magnolia Avenue.
