Amazing 80 Plus Acres in the Middle of Fort Worth!

This was a beautiful walk after a great meal at Fred's. Beautifully kept and well marked gardens. The Japanese gardens are amazing and about 8 acres but a $7 fee.

My wife and i happened to drive past and went back here later that day. It is so tidy and has beautiful arrangements of native flowers and gardens. As Australians we couldn't get enough of watching the quite squirrels playing everywhere and came back here to lay and relax in the sun on the nice lawns, before the big 17hour... More

We spent most of our time in the Japanese Garden, it is the kind of place that makes you feel that you have been transported to the world of a great fantasy novel. Peaceful, serene, with pathways that bring you close enough to feed wildlife. Our kids loved the fish and the turtles.

This place is gorgeous. My wife and I love the Fort Worth Botanic Garden so much that we got married there. The vast array of flora gives an experience like no other. There are places throughout the gardens where you can become lost within yourself, and nearly forget that you are in the big city. Bring your camera, and be... More

Have been to the Japanese Garden before & it never disappoints. This is one of the largest & most beautifully designed gardens of its type in the US. Because of the hot autumn, the maple colors were not that great. But, still the serenity of the landscape beckons. Our group of 10 paid for an escorted tour & was worth... More

My wife and I spent a few hours here and once agin we were greeted by very nice people. The Botanical Garden is big and it is a very nice walk to escape the daily stress. I also thought it was very romantic. The serene atmosphere fills you with happiness and you feel energized after every step you take. The... More

Tranquil gardens in the heart of Fort Worth. Beautiful walking paths and foliage . Japanese Gardens are lovely and peaceful. Love the 4th of July fireworks accompanied by the Ft Worth Symphony. The Gardens restaurant is a great place for Sunday Family Brunch and then stroll through the Japanese Gardens.

Spent a day in the garden this past September. We had a 11 year old my wife and my dad. The garden is laid out over a lot of open space. Lots of shaded areas to avoid the sun. They have complimentary wheel chairs first come basis. We were able to get one. The park accommodates wheel chairs very well.... More
