Broadway Baptist Church

There is a magnificent organ in this church. It is a great place to go for noon-time concerts, especially during Holy Week.

I grew up in this church and in many ways it was my second home. Today, 25 years later I watch my son experience the same thing. Today I am greeted by those who were the adults when I was younger as though we are family still. The youth and children's programs are second to none. This is definitely a... More

Broadway is an inspiring spiritual oasis in the heart of the city. They are wonderful people that do the work of Christ.

An elderly resident at a nearby nursing facitility quipped, "AREN'T THEY STUCK UP?" when i'd informed her of where my church membership lay. "Yes, YES WE ARE!" i agreed. And you will too! Enjoy the music, the organ, (sorry, the pastor, Measely is EXTREMELY boring) . Get in , get out FAST! God might just show up and SMITE this... More

This is one of the more magnificent buildings in our city! One of the only ones not destroyed by the fire of 1910 as well. The most amazing organ i have ever seen! I go to bible study here on Monday nights with about 600 other men and when they are singing....I am amazed. The sound is incredible. While not... More

Beautiful church that really looks like a church! It has beautiful windows that inspire you as you sit and listen to the beautiful organ! I am sorry to say that it has taken on a dramatic change in the services since I was married there in 1964! Still a great peaceful place to worship!

This New Gothic building located in the middle of Fort Worth is something to see. The building looks more something you would see in Europe. Its quite beautiful.

Full disclosure: I was a member at BBC for over 20 years. This is a very special place. The sanctuary is modified Gothic architecture with beautiful stained glass. The church has a particular emphasis on music, not only for Sunday worship but at other times, too, as there are many concerts hosted there. The room is acoustically magnificent for music.... More

While not a Baptist, I can still appreciate the magnificent architecture and serenity that permeates this wonderful place of worship. The highlight is clearly the organ that was donated by Van Cliburn in memory of his mother. The church is off the beaten path but is part of the early religious history of Fort Worth. It's well worth the effort... More

A lovely, affirming congregation with lots of history and compassion for their community. They were the hosts for our conference, and they did a lovely job. Their sanctuary is incredible. If you're in Fort Worth and looking for an amazing place to worship, this is it!
