Pedernales Brewing Company is a production brewery distributing Texas-wide with some distribution in Mexico. We have a Tap Room for visitors to sample our beers and on Saturdays and when there are no brewery operations in progress we offer tours of production areas. In accordance with Texas law we only sell beer for on premise consumption, by the pint or in a flight of four (includes the glass). The Tap Room includes a covered deck, giving you a comfortable place to try our award winning beer. Our taproom is often open more than the published hours and days, call for updated schedules.

We love all the wineries but we are so glad this Brewery is in Fredericksburg! We've been to Pedernales Brewery a few times and always enjoy it. Sitting on the outside porch playing dominos while drinking Robert Earl Keens "Front Porch" amber ale is a...More

This is a wonderful casual spot to sample the Lobo branded beers of the Pedernales Brewing Company. We tried 4 of their beers. For $10 you get a beer glass and 4 chits to cash in on your samples: Lobo Negro American Brown Ale (5.6%),...More

Pedernales Brewing has some excellent beers, and the day we stopped by they were celebrating a milestone. Fun atmosphere with all the regular games and attractions of a brewery, and we were able to meet the brewmaster and take a tour of facility. Great music...More

Thanks for hanging out with us. We've only had the covered deck for a year and it is still evolving.

The Pedernales Brewing Company is located on highway 87 south, about a mile south of Fredericksburg. If you enjoy sampling craft beers, this is the place to go in central Texas. The brewery has won an amazing number of medals and awards for their beers,...More

I like the way you think! Did you know we have 250 owners? What a crazy idea, and one way in which we are different.

My wife and I went yesterday and had a great time. Ten dollars for 4 pours and you get to keep the glass. They have a nice porch which is great for hanging out. Unlike some breweries, PBC has some lighter varieties to go with...More
