We are a family friendly fishing pier. We offer rod rentals, bait, cold drinks, sno cones, wine, cold beer, margaritas, snacks, pizza, hot dogs, gifts, and lots of fun. In addition to having a pier for fishing, we also have an observation deck for those who dont want to fish, but want to sit above the water and enjoy the cool breeze of the Gulf of Mexico.

This is a cute gift shop, with snacks and great beverages to take up to the upper deck to watch the fishing, surfers, beachcombers. They have some great photo props and good people watching, both sunny and shady. There is a minimum purchase to access the upper deck, but they have plenty of items to suit your fancy. There is... I wasn't impressed with the pier. They were charging $10 just to walk out and look. We turned around and left.

We went to the pier and got to stand on the pier and watch the beautiful ocean waves as the calm cool sea wind breezed past us. It was peaceful calm all you could here was the sound of fishing lines being casted into sea. The service provided by these people is absolutely amazing , their gift shop prices are... More

Visiting 61st pier was an amazing experience! The pier provides an amazing view of the ocean and provides a very peaceful vibe. The store located on the pier is also very nice they have a lot of different beach themed items that are great to keep as memories.

My boyfriend and his father paid $10 to fish, while his mother and I watched for free from the observation deck above. There is a sort of general store that acts as a gateway to the pier and is a cash-only store (and... More
