Oakdale RV park is right across the street from part of the Paluxy River. Big Rock Park has huge rocks that you can play, walk through and climb on and or play in the river. Fun times

The river is a good place to wade, fish, canoe or tube in. It is also nice for locals just to enjoy the view.

So peaceful and serene. Nature's scenery at it's wonderfully best and you can't ask for anything less. There's just something about watching and listening to the water flow that makes your stress just melt away.

Water flow in the River depends on the rainfall received by then. There will be water in July, but flow could be low.

Charges vary by vendor. The river is very low right now. You need to call ahead before planning something.
