Played the tips at just under 7000yards. Course is far too "tricked up". Front side par 3's are a 190yd island green and a 220yd surrounded by water front and left and very little room right. Shooting an 83 felt like shooting a 75 at...More

Very challenging and gorgeous course. The Pro Shop staff are really helpful, professional and nice. The grounds are meticulously manicured and there are plenty of facilities.

What a great place to play around of golf, overall very scenic views and really nice hole layouts. Course is a tough one if you never played here before some blind tee shots along with very challenging hole locations. Service was spectacular along with very...More

Wow, great fun, no two holes alike, a challenge for any golfer high or low handicaps! View are super, nature galore, excellent getaway from the big cities. Be smart on every hole, seek advice, tricky in some places, but so rewarding in others.

One of my favorite courses in Texas - or anywhere else. Too bad the sand traps are not up to the course's standards. They are full of rocks and I'm not talking pebbles. Sand is terrible and depth is erratic so forget about an explosion...More

Two of our Executives arrived at the resort early and played the Ram Rock Course at the Horseshoe Bay Resort. They raved about the views this course had to offer, which says a lot coming from two Executives who play A LOT of golf.
