Parking is always an issue downtown, but as rates go their parking was reasonably priced. The ushers made seat finding a breeze

Yes, although I have not used it. Valet stand in on the Texas Avenue side of the venue.

I'm not certain what they refer to as an "obstructed view." From my experience, good viewing from any seat in the house.
