I honestly feel this is by far the best theater company in Houston. If you are looking for something other than the Nutcrackers of the world, the Agatha Christie plays and "Steel Magnolias," that is. This theater is daring, bold, unconventional. I have to give...More

Do not miss an opportunity to see Tamarie Cooper in any of the shows at the Catastrophic Theater. She lights up the stage and the entire room. Brilliant.

Excellent performance. Tamarie and team never disappoint their audience. Not for people who are offended by realism and cursing. Very entertaining. We've been to two other plays by the troupe. We laughed a lot. Comfortable small theater.

Really enjoyed their current production The University of Tamarie. Houston has a great theater community and this small theater is right at the top of the list. Don't miss the chance to visit and enjoy a different theater experience.

Prepare to be challenged at this challenging theatre. Many of the plays are dark indeed, but all are superbly acted.

This place was amazing! My boyfriend and I went here a few times to kill some time on our hands. The place is just amazing, and so darling.

Always enjoy the productions at Catastrophic. You will see theatre like never before and in an intimate space. Talent far exceeds expectations. New works and productions of older works always provoke the senses. It doesn't hurt that the annual Tamarie extravaganza is satifying a yearly...More

From dark to light this theatre presents them both. From Beckett to Tamarie they need to provide seatbelts. It is that good.
