I drove by Love's Lookout for years before stopping by. It is a very nice roadside rest area with a restroom (that's why I stopped) but the view across east Texas from a very high vantage point is the real reason to stop in.

I absolutely love this place. I have very fond memories of going here when I was a youngster. Even though it has changed drastically, the scene is still as beautiful and breathtaking as I remember!! Great for picnics, pictures, visits and relaxing!

Lots of photo opportunities here especially in the fall. You can see for miles and miles! The park is clean and there are several picnic areas. The view is completely handicapped accessible! Restrooms are also kept clean.

This is located at a rest area. It is a perfect spot to stop, stretch and rest in between a long drive. The bathrooms are clean and well maintained. It has a beautiful view that is just relaxing to look at.
