Accesible through the Madrid Metro Subway system, this stadium is like most of the ones you can find on small cities through Spain, but it is part of Madrid, altough nothing has to do with the Bernabeu or the Vicente Calderon. This one is small and have a unique flavor, as if you know everyone who comes here every 2 weeks. The atmosphere is that of a small community and the stadium has some incredible point like the wall that separates the stadium from the highway, used by kids to sneak to the games.
The home team is Getafe, which used to go from Division 2 to la Liga all the time, but it has managed to stay on the top league for a while.
Nice option if you are a football lover.

Pretty nice stadium with loyal supporters that accompany this small team in its LA LIGA adventure since 2003. The place is most of the times with a 60% full capacity.

A tidy little football stadium in the heart of the community. Every seat seems to be a good view of the game.

Plenty of bars and toilets in the ground (no alcohol)

Most seats are directly in the sun so be prepared

Plenty of good little bars and some food outlets close to the ground

Well worth a visit to experience the lesser sides around Madrid and the love for the game

It helped that we had a day with no extreme sunshine, heat or rain and so the uncovered stands didn't matter to us.

We also had a good game to watch which helped us forget about the uncomfortable seats and shockingly poor food/drink options.

The ticket prices are a bit much too, especially when comparing them to other La Liga sides.

Los Espartales on Line 12, Metro Sur about an hour from central Madrid, is an easy stroll to the stadium. Currently the cheapest ticket for a non-derby game is 35 euros and they rarely sell out.

one hour on the metro from madrid centre.i seen the getafe v.eibar game in a 75% uncovered stadium on a rainy friday night and got soaked and paid £32 for the pleasure..my fault for not checking reviews prior to going..by uk standards the stadium is league 2 at best..my ticket was the cheapest ticket at the ground on the night..this to see a team at the time in la ligas relegation zone.had it been dry my review would have been the same..dont bother wasting your time-no bars around the ground either..i had a hell of a job even getting in as they would not allow me in with my camera-head of security was called and i stood my ground and got in..what if you take your i phone..will you get in..dont try finding out-go somwhere else

Not cheap but a strange combination of large families withy babes in arms with ciggies and cigars by the bucketful gave almost a surreal football experience. No trouble no hassle just good fun. Not a cheap ticket but at 30 euros I baked beautifully and wishec I had paid more for the covered stand. Pricey but worth it but for a family day at football I would recommend even as a sad single!!!

I purchased 2 tickets for FCB vs Celta Vigo, but my trip is delayed because of certain reasons.

Let me know if anyone need the tickets.

This stadium is never sold-out, which means it's easy to get tickets to Spanish Premier League football matches, in reasonable price. Tickets can be booked in advance online. Bring your rain poncho, there's no roof. The surrounding suburb got few cafeterias and bars. Train connection to Puerta del Sol.

Football field without slogan, I could not leave the helmet of the motorcycle anywhere, it is not advisable to go by motorcycle there if you have nowhere to leave the helmet
