Spanish people were very friendly at the nude beaches. Yes all visitors were nice and friendly - some also very attractive and offered me both drinks and company - most often when my husband were not there hihi

It’s like being in the Sahara dessert, plenty going on if your a gay man. We walked it all the way to Meloneras take some water with you.

Leave the crowd on the beach and just walk across the sand dunes, it's really awesome. If you don't see the buildings of Maspalomas you really feel what it's like to be in the desert.

The dunes stretch from Playa del Ingles round to Maspalomas. It took us almost two hours to meander between the two but well worth it. The scenery is quite unusual, it would be a pity for the area to be damaged by over use and...More

The dunes go on for ever. Take plenty water and maybe a packed lunch. You ate never too far away from the sea for a much needed swim. Can get very hot so be careful if taking young children. It's like absolutely stunning. Don't forget...More

The beach is just amazing with lots and lots of sand, although during windy times the sand just flies around and it can get very annoying. Take a walk from Ingles to Maspalomas, it is very popular among tourists!

If you are bringing kids they would love to play mountain lions, climbing up and down the tall dunes. And it is fun to climb them as grown up as well.

wow... definitely a must for everyone. stunning to look at... a laugh to try run up and down. wore the kids and us out completely. probably better barefoot if the sands cool enough as shoes are swallowed in the everchanging sand dust.

Hi There is a path of sorts but not one suitable for a buggy. Strongly suggest you use a sling of sorts. Also , suggest you wear good sandals not flip flops or slippers. There is little to no shade so a hat for the baby is... More

The start of the Maspalomas Dunes is about a 20 minute walk from the shops. There are footpaths across the dunes. It takes about an hour to walk across the length of them.
