Best. Waterpark. Ever. First, forget everything you know about water parks. Forget treeless expanses of bleached white concrete. Forget steel pipe structures supporting rainbow fiberglass tubes. Schlitterbahn has a few of these, but they're not the focus. No, Schlitterbahn is something completely different and wonderful....More

The water park is great. The teenage kids loved it. We arrived on a Sunday and the park was very crowded. Monday had a crowd but not near as bad as the weekend. We spent 3 nights at the resort which allowed us 4 days...More

This place is great for all ages. You can bring in your own food and drink (no glass containers). There are picnic tables for you to have your family picnic on. The rides are amazing. You will be exhausted by the end of the day...More

Such a fun place for all ages. We have an 18 month old and he had so many options to enjoy the park and my wife and I had a blast as well. Great food options. Bought our tickets online and got free cups that...More

The park allows you to bring in ice chest with food as long as you do not have any glass items. That cuts down on the price of the vacation when you can feed a large group of people Sandwiches and chip instead of food...More

This waterpark has just become way too crowded to enjoy. I'm sure it's hard for the owners to turn away paying customers, but the park is just too crowded to enjoy anymore. The wait for rides is sometimes almost two hours and you're often shoulder...More

I took my family for an all day get together and rented a deluxe Cabana at the base of the Master Blaster tower (because it was central for us). Our ages ranged from 13 to 66. There is truly something for every age group, even...More

I absolutely love this park. I like the older side better than the newer side. We will Continue to come back from Dallas.

Watch your kids, it is a blast but unless your kid can swim upstream, just put a vest on them or stay within arms reach at all times. I see way too many kids get in trouble because this isn't normal swimming.

Does anybody know the weight limits if any on the water slides??
29 June 2017|
Answer
Response from Gina G | Reviewed this property |
There are weight limits but they start at 400 lbs. So, most rides you can ride as a double ride, if you are over 215, figure it out if you want to ride alone. All rides can be ridden alone if you wish.

No idea whether this is possible or not. Best bet: Pick up the phone, call Schlitterbahn and ask.

I didn't see any. The park has shade over their picnic tables or you can rent Cabanas.
