The beaches were clean and well tended. Families, young adults, kids and seniors were all enjoying the beach. People playing games, flying kites, swimming, walking and having a good time. The people we met were friendly and laid back. We enjoyed good seafood at local...More

Beach was crowded but it's so large that it wasn't a bother. Plenty of parking, free showers on Avenue G, and doggos are allowed! I think you need a parking permit for the beach but they don't have pay stations (at least not marked) and...More

Stayed at a condo on the beach. I prefer walking the beach early morning and late evening as opposed to sitting out all day. Wind is pretty high. I would be careful with high dollar canopies or umbrellas, as saw lots of them lost. Might...More

The water was only around 68 degrees in March, but I am sure it is warmer now. In regards to diversity, there were people from all walks of life. I met people from all over the country and several foreigners.
