Our Salado site is home to our tasting room, our Texas cheese shop and our bistro and features wonderful vintage buildings, an incredible garden, and true Texas hospitality. We feature true Texas estate wines and Texas artisan cheeses and a great bistro menu seven days a week.

The server was very friendly and accommodating. The wines were good. Signage could have been more obvious because the building is small.

The wines were not my favorite, but my biggest complaint would be the young gal behind the counter. She was neither friendly nor inviting. She couldn't get us out of there quick enough. When I asked what we were going to be tasting, she abruptly...More

We love Texas wine, so we were excited to find this place. I know it's a matter of taste for wine, but this place just didn't do anything for us.

Not one of our favorites. The wines just weren't to our personal liking. The visit wasn't worth the effort to get there (and find a parking place)

Enjoyed trying 4-wines (for $5) and purchasing a bottle on the way out. We didn't try the wine/cheese pairing but I'm sure it would be good (cheese from The Cheesery, next door) September is the chocolate/wine fest - we're going!

The owners are more than accommodating and friendly! The winery is a place where you can chill with a glass of wine while you enjoy live music (well, there was live music the day we visited). It's a great place to go for a first...More
