There is so much to see and experience at the Discovery Science Place. It's a good idea to prepare so that you don't miss any of the action. We have a variety of programs, exhibits, and events that are sure to entertain and educate the whole family. Because of the hands-on nature of the exhibits, the DSP is a wonderful place for visitors of all abilities and ages to experience and learn more about our world.

Thanks for your review! Agreed- for a calmer visit weekdays are best; and you can always call the front desk ahead of time to see if we have a large field-trip scheduled that day. (School field-trips occur almost daily in the late spring...)

$6 for kids $8 for adults The place was spotless. Our kids played there for 3 hours and did not want to leave. Perfect bad weather day activity for kids 2 to 12. Better than the Perou science museum in Dallas for the money.

My group stopped here to break up a long trip. It was just right. Prices were ok too! There were lots of things to chose from. Fun and educational! A must do if you're in the Tyler area or even if you're just passing thru.
