Decent price, eatery is expensive, snake room always smells, but we do enjoy our trips there. They did away with the petting zoo, which was disappointing. 2 pokemon gyms in the area.

A small zoo. Real up close and personal to the animals. Fun to be so close to animals. Staff was very sociable - we arrived early as they were getting animals out and about. Worth the fun and took about an hour or so.

This zoo waqs very tiny in 1985 when we moved to Victoria for two years.Now it is greatly expanded and has lions,a tiger,alligators,Rhjeas,tropiucal birds,a air conditioned "snake house",monkeys,alligators,etc....it is a lot nicer than before.We were admitted for $11.00 with our grandson on a senior rate....More

Need a quick something to Do? The Texas Zoo was just that. Friendly people, clean habitats. Healthy looking animals. (Extremely tame). The zoo is located in a beautiful recreational area with lots if shade.
