We went on a Sunday morning. My husband and I were visiting our two daughters who live in Waco and two grandchildren ages 2 and 10. The zoo is set up so you can walk through the exhibits very smoothly and easily. It would be very accesible dor disabled. There is a lot of interactive exhibits for the kids which... More

The first time we visited we were pleasantly surprised at how big this zoo was and at the variety of animals they had. We were there in October and it was perfect weather! The animals were all out and playing, especially the Lemurs, Bears and Otters! Be sure to check out Groupon before you go or a local hotel, they... More

We saw all the animals and up close. I was very happy for the money spent. Most animals were up close too!

The zoo is located in a beautiful setting with a lot of trees for shade from the summer sun. Has a small playground and a large pavilion to rent if you are planning an event for a group.

I was pleasantly surprised at how big this zoo was and at the variety of animals they had. We were there in late August and it was over a 100 degrees. Animals were only interested in shade!

This zoo continues to get better every year. It is fun place for all ages and I go a few times a year. It has different fund raisers throughout the year which are for all ages. Good variety of anials and they continue to grow.

Having visited several "big city" zoos, this was a great experience. It wasn't too crowded so we weren't waiting to see exhibits or having to try to look over or through a crowd. The exhibits are laid out along a tranquil walkway with a covering of trees and plants that is just pleasant to stroll along. Also, the food and... More

Cameron Park Zoo is a great zoo for its size. It is possible to see the whole thing without getting too tired. Kids love being able to see the animals.

This was awesome for my kids. I love the layout of the enclosures, you can see every animal. Well planned out and they had a ton too see. Flow of the park is excellent. We just kind of wondered through and saw everything without having to work out a path. So many animals.
