Historically, the Texas Rangers have an inspiring 150+year history. Many Rangers were pictured along with their accomplishments and various documents, personal guns and more. Leaving this museum , we were touched by the Texas Ranger historic role in our lives.

If you love history, give yourself some time. Lots to see and a fantastic gun collection. Never hefted a Walker Colt - pistol weights have improved. Good place.

We really enjoyed this museum. Told the history of the Texas Rangers. We also enjoyed reading about the families that had multiple family members who devoted their careers to law enforcement.

This was pretty neat. Lots of cool Texas Ranger memorabilia - mostly guns and clothing. If cowboys and guns and lawmen aren't your thing, you might not enjoy it. We did.

Did not see signs regarding pets. If you have a service dog there are most likely no restrictions. Other wise call the museum to ask.

We spent a couple of hours at the museum, but you could spend all day! If you want to read all the information provided it could take you all week!
