If you're going through (or past, or to) Beaver, you should stop here and pick up some fresh cheese curd. There's nothing like it. When I was a kid, we'd buy fresh cheese curds from the Brooklawn creamery on Oakley, but that place is long gone. Cache Valley has been making great cheese for longer than I can remember, and... We've passed by Beaver 100's of times asking ourselves if the cheese factory would be worth the time. Today we stopped. Wonderful ice cream and wide selection of cheeses. Could not believe how many people were stopping. A must see and now a part of the travel itinerary.

We always stop to grab a bag of Squeaky Cheese (cheese curd). Try to stop during the week if you want the fresh curd (more squeaky), on the weekend you get the 2-3 day old stuff. It's still good...just not as squeaky. Keep in mind it is not open in Sunday and closes at 6:00pm. The ice cream is delicious... More

Mediocre ice cream, grainy anf not very creamy. Average cheese curds. We won't go out of the way to stop there again.

This is always a fun stop on your way to or from St. George. Fresh cheese, hard ice cream and fun souvenirs.

We visited the Cache Valley Cheese Factory store this afternoon (February 1 2017) since we were staying overnight in Beaver Utah. If I rated just the cheese we purchased I would give it a hands down 5. It is great tasting cheese and good prices. But, if I need to also rate the customer service provided I have to bring... More

Bought the cheese curds and a wheel of the pepper jack. Super delicious for my road trip to Eagle Point Ski Resort. Cheese curds didn't make the trip home. Should have bought another bag! I also bought a bar of the handmade lavender soap. Everything was reasonably priced and lots of different cheeses to select with some samples available to... More

I figured it was a cheese factory so there would be a tour. But there wasn't, so that was disappointing. But there was free samples and they were yummy. Prices were very good on the cheese, but not so much on the other products in the store. Nice to visit if your in the area
