We rode the free Cabriolet Gondola up to Canyons Village. It was the first week of school for the local children and we visited during the day so it was very quiet. There are a couple of restaurants and a sports bar. There was also a mini golf that you could play. I'm sure on the weekends, Canyons Village will... More

Until two weeks ago, I have always driven past canyons village, and continued on to the main part of Park City when I stay. That will not happen anymore. I loved my experience at Canyons Village. In the summer they have free concerts every Saturday, the free chair lift rides are fun for the kids, and it is just an... More

Have been skiing at this resort since it was Park City West so many years ago. Now it is a much-expanded class act with great shopping, amazing hotels, and much to keep you busy in this year-round destination ski resort and its environs.

Although this is a fun attraction and the staff are friendly I feel we were mislead and didn't receive value for money - we paid $59 and purchased the 'ultimate' zip tour package and were told that it included 3 zip lines. One of the 3 zip lines is the training line - you have to do that before you're... More

I have not skied the Park City area for many years. On this visit I was here in the summer. The Canyons Village has sure developed from my last visit. In the summer, this is a great launching point for restaurants, bike riding, gondola ride, and hiking. The bike trails are impressive in the area and extend into some of... More

Even though summer is obviously not the peak season for a ski area village, this area has definitely supplanted the main Park City ski area for the summer place to be. Admittedly, the weekends were much more populated than mid-week but the presence of the hotel conferences/meetings/seminars/etc. kept the Village decently full of people and the stores and restaurants open... A lot of fun things to do here. It is a great base where you can head off into the mountains or grab a bite to eat. You can hike, mountain bike, mini golf, zip line, and many more things to do. Parking is free and they have public restrooms to use. There are plenty of restaurants or little shops... More

Ski without lines! There may be a line at the bottom, but once you're up in the main area it's wide open. Good for green skiers like myself and good for black boarders like my husband!

They have done a good job keeping this hill nice after the ski season. There is a great golf course which takes advantage of the slopes, and the gondola takes you up to the upper elevations for hiking and biking. The daily pass to use this gondola and the other Park City lifts is $24 so make the most of... More

The chairlift was fun for this non-skier. The view from the lift was great. Also, appreciated the close proximity to other amenities like convenience stores, gas station, bike and hiking trails and more.
