We did a 7 mile hike and a zip line and then watched the olympians practice ski jumps into the pool. All on a beautiful day.

Utah has done a great job in preserving the legacy of their 2002 Winter Olympics. The Olympic Park is just one of several locations where the Olympic infrastructure is preserved. Here you can ride down the actual bobsled track in summer with a professional bobsledder...More

When we travelled mid-week the park was virtually empty so we wandered around the whole park on our own, the museum is very good and has fun interactive games of the ski jump etc, it's hands-on so children can enjoy the displays. We walked the...More

Great area about 4 miles outside of town. Free museums well worth the visit. There are "rides" to experience such as a real bobsled down the Olympic course, alpine slide, extreme tubing down the ski jumps, zip line, and an elevated obstacle course. Just a...More

We stopped in at 2:45, and we're lucky that there was room on the 3:00 tour. It's $12 per person. Our guide gave us a little background at the bottom of the ski jump, by the landing pool. You pile into a small shuttle bus,...More

You are strapped into a seat. It is very smooth. There is a small jerk at the end, but it is not an immediate stop--it makes you swing forward a bit, but it definitely does not hurt.

Hello All! We will be in the Deer Valley area over Christmas week this year and we want to head over to the Olympic Park and do the bobsled, etc. My research indicates that we can take the free park city shuttles from Deer Valley to Olympic Park. Has anyone done that? Any words of warning or advice? Thanks!
