This monument is the main staple of Bennington- it over looks three state Massachusetts, New York, and Vermont. Plus there is historical plaques about the Bennington battlefield and a cute gift shop were you can get the tickets to go up the tower. Unfortunately we...More

This enormous monument is surrounded by some smaller plaques and statues and interesting history. It’s really just right there in the middle of a residential area on a hill which is kind of funny but worth a visit if you’re in Bennington.

Great history here. Person in the elevator was very knowledgeable and explained many historic things that were very interesting to know. Beautiful views from the top. Grounds well kept. People in the gift shop were fantastic, helpful and friendly.

This was a nice informative tour on a beautiful summers day. I believe it cost five dollars per adult to go into tower. The staff here are great and the views spectacular. If your in the Bennington area this should be a must see. The...More

Even in the snow, this was an interesting and atmospheric place, well worth a visit. Out of season, the museum is closed, so be aware.
