We ran into this on the bike path and my only regret is that we didn't find it sooner. Lovely beach and park to enjoy the breathtaking views for all ages.

Stopped in to North Beach while visiting Burlington. Admission was $8 for our car, and I believe pedestrians and bikes can enter for free. There were changing rooms available for use and bathrooms and a snack bar as well. The beach was clean and the...More

This is a very relaxing and clean beach. Very accessible for handicap parking and short walk to the beach. Kid friendly with almost no rocks on the shore or in the water.

We loved our day here! So relaxing and peaceful. Water was nice and views were spectacular! Kids rented SUPs and tired themselves out! Nice snack bar as well as picnic tables and grills. Looks like it's a very popular place to camp. On a beautiful...More

We arrived around 11 on a Saturday and the beach was calm and clean. The grassy area in between the beach and parking lot is a nice option for those who want to enjoy the sand. The bathroom was your typical really dirty beach bathroom...More

This is a very nice park. the people working there were very accommodating. The campground has nice places to walk, a great beach, good bath houses. It abuts the waterfront bike/walk trail. It's within easy distance to downtown.

We came here on a recommendation for the fireworks display. The good: The park is clean, and the bathrooms are cleaned 3-4 times daily over this trip that we noticed. Campground is about a 90 second walk from the beach depending on your site location....More

I recall seeing people carrying fishing gear, but don't recall seeing people fishing. I assume there has to be, but can't say for certain.

Yes and no. My understanding is that dogs can be in the grassy park behind the sand but not on the beach and definately not in the water. I saw the lifeguards activity enforcong this.
