This is one of many parks along Lake Champlain. North Beach Park is accessible by the bike trail. The "beach" is as hard as rocks and the swimming is okay- but it's a nice place for a picnic and to be at the water.

Great Family friendly park. Only one problem, there were no lifeguards there. Why? The lake was low, so very shallow, good for our 6 year old.

Though I've never camped here we've visited this beach many times over the years and have always looked forward to coming back. Never too crowded (if you compare to Old Orchard for example) and the water is very clear and stays shallow a long way so you have plenty of room to swim and play even if your kids are... More

The water is clear and clean, and the beach itself is wide and spacious. The water is often very warm here in the summer! Can be crowded at times, but definitely one of the nicest beaches on the lake.

One of the best beaches on Lake Champlain: the water is very clean, there is a very nice playground for the kids, you can rent kayaks or paddle boards. $8 per car: not too expensive for such a lovely place.

We parked here as our starting point for a bike ride on the rail trail. $8 to park, but it was worth it, we put out our beach chairs on a beautifully clean sand beach and headed out on our bikes. When we returned we used the changing rooms and they were spotless. This beach/campground is well maintained and a... More

This beach is beautiful if you would like to spend some time near the lake. It is clean and well kept. The water is very fun to swim in and it would be great for families to have fun.

Was looking for a good place to get down by the lake during a family trip to Burlington. Discovered at beautifully maintained beach and park with plenty of facilities including rest rooms, snack bar, pavilion, picnic tables, grills and boat rentals. Lifeguards are present and actively patroling. Dogs are not allowed on the beach or in the lake. There is... More
