From other reviews there seems some machismo issue about whether this is a hard hike or not. I am fairly fit, found it a bit sweaty in the July heat. My older boy bounded up and down with no issue, my younger boy was fine...More

Very worth the hike, about 4 miles total. Even though it had rained a ton the day before we went, it was very walkable with little to no mud. wonderful hike, bring bug spray!

This hike was a little rough for us beginner hikers but the beauty of falls was well worth the hike.

We really enjoy this hike - I wouldn't say it is easy, but it does give you a nice way to experience the Green Mt. Forest. The falls are a nice destination.

We hiked Lye Brook Falls on Easter weekend with our 9 and 6 year old kids. It was a really nice hike and took about 3 hours. I read a lot of reviews about how the trail is in bad shape from hurricane damage. We...More
