Stopped by on our drive through Vermont and what a treat! It is an amazing place with a huge baking shop, a area to buy and eat lunch, and a cooking school. The shop was full of their products and many useful items. The food area was very busy but looked like everyone was enjoying themselves. You can walk down... More

Very popular with locals and travelers. Seating not very comfortable but fine for young families. Good sandwiches, baked goods and the connected baking store is excellent, my favorite part.

It was like entering Disney for Bakers - rows and rows of specialized baking equipment, specialty flours, mixes, etc. The high gluten flour makes excellent homemade breads. The best deals are the 50 pound sacks of flour - save room in your car. We traveled from VT to CT with a 50 lb sack sitting on my teen son's lap,... More

Refined and peaceful aren't the words which spring to mind in the US but this place has them...then add charm, a wonderfully restful ambiance and excellent produce to go with good coffee and newspapers. (I can't say that they provide the papers, the one on my seat may have been left there but it was most welcome and made me... More

My wife and I recently stopped here while traveling to the area. I enjoyed the visit, but my only complaint was I was hoping to see/learn more about the making of their products (like a factory tour). We will try to do a baking class as well some time.

We took a baguette-baking class 5 years ago and decided to take a ciabatta lesson this time. The new baking-instruction facility is terrific. Had great, patient instruction over more than four hours. Fun, educational, delicious.

I picked up some muffin mixes and jams for holiday gifts. Great spot to shop for gifts - such variety! I wish that I had more time to spend there!

After years of shopping King Arthur online, I finally had the opportunity to visit their store. It was a crisp fall day when we visited and my husband and I enjoyed some hot chocolate in the cafe to warm up. We enjoyed it so much we bought some hot chocolate mix (along with some other great finds) to bring home.
