Not much more to say than that. We did the whole trail in three sections. There are a lot of road crossings, occasionally over busy roads, especially in the Enosburg Falls-to-Richford section, but overall it's very safe and uncrowded. Strong cow smells from time to...More

My wife and I made this trip for the Burlington bike path. We did that for 2 days (lots of traffic) but ended up on this rail trail 3 days. Nice crushed stone trail; great with our street bikes. Going through mountain glens, country farms,...More

The rail trail is a great place to walk, jog, bike ride, walk your dog (on a leash, please, still in the Village).

Not busy. Can bike but need wider tires. Packed gravel not too hard on joints. Great walking, good exercise.

Love running and walking on this trail with the family. Great resource that seems underused. Trail is usually not very crowded. Good for walking, strollers, bikes.

Love this trail. It is not too busy. The surface is packed crushed stone, so will need thicker bike tires than used on the road. Views are beautiful. I have ridden the whole length of the trail at different times. The first 3 miles are...More

We rode in mid September and temps were comfortable. Keep in mind that stone dust trail requires more effort than pavement. Starting from Rte. 105 and Kane Rd. intersection, we went to Richford and back. Took advice of others and stopped at Devyn's Creemee stand...More

I traveled this trail in August and it was a horrible experience. To be honest, it largely had to do with the fact that the trail is uncovered by trees for the majority of the distance and we baked while we were on it despite...More

This wide well kept bike path wends its way amid farm fields along the Mississquoi River in beautiful Vermont. The road crossings are well marked. Along the way there are a few places to eat or have an ice cream especially when one gets to...More
