Topnotch is really topnotch - nice comfortable rooms with mountain views. The restaurants were very good and poolside service was also available. The Staff were all wonderful and polite. surrounding grounds were well kept and provided many venues for sitting and relaxing as well as hiking and bird watching. Dogs are permitted at an extra cost. Most definitely will be... More

treatment was excellent . 50 minute massage. Picked me up in the lounge 5 minutes late and by the time we got settled on the table etc another 5+ minutes. Then back up stairs at 6:20pm. Take into account the time to robe , drink water and walk upstairs back to the lounge time on the table was maybe 35... More

Had a 110 minute custom massage with Marilyn. Put myself entirely in her hands, no pun intended, and she did an amazing job working out the kinks and knots that had accumulated due to work, holiday and travel stresses. After massage, sat in the whirlpool and steam bath for a while which was very relaxing. Whole facility lovely and well... More

We checked in at TopNotch with Family for a weekend getaway. Our hotel room was very nice and the food in the restaurant was great, and very reasonably priced. But again, the spa still has its issues. There was no attendant in the mens locker room, and after having finished my shower, there were NO RAZORS so that I could... More

After strenuous hikes, this spa was just what the doctor ordered. I had the hot rocks and Swedish Combo massages. Both were excellent and a welcome respite after long day hikes on The Long Trail and Mt Hunger. The staff was friendly and ensured that I was well taken care of. Add in the sauna and steam to make a... More

My wife and I had a day spa package and absolutely loved it. The cost was reasonable (for a luxury spa). As part of our package, we had a wrap treatment and a Swedish couples massage as well as lunch at the Flannel restaurant and all day access to the spa and all its amenities. The spa professionals are top... More

We were in Stowe on vacation and I made a series of appointments at the spa at Topnotch based on reviews I found online. I think this spa is a place that some may like, some may not. I had a lovely day. I had a long massage, a facial, and a pedicure. All three treatments were excellent. The staff... More

Wonderful spa experience. From booking over the phone with a very pleasant and knowledgable employee, to a full tour of the spa when we arrived, to amazing massage therapists! We had the couples massage, Michelle and Elaine were so kind and great at their job. We both had excellent massages tailored to our needs. Aroma therapy oils were included (plus... More

Although it's pricey, our trip here was amazing. I took two young women with me. We started the day in the outdoor hot tub with an amazing view. We then had an amazing lunch followed by massages and pedicures/manicures. My massage therapist was very good. The table was warm and she really took the time to work on my tense... More

I enjoy a "spa" but not one where kids are running around in the pool. It lacks the "spa" feel once you get out to get to the warm pool or the indoor pool. Apart from that, the flavored water and the tea in the ladies rooms are a treat but nothing "topnotch".
