Perfect way to spend some time and learn about ice cream. Free sample at the end and cow jokes....lots of cow jokes. Great to do as a couple or with the kids!

A quick 30 minute tour and a sample of an ice cream flavor under development, what’s not to like? December may not be the most ideal time for ice cream but the factory is not busy so it was leisurely and quiet. There are many...More

The tour is given just outside the plant and you actually see it through window panes. The tours start every 20 to 30 minutes and groups vary but ours was a good 25 persoons, a large group which was was handled well. The tour makes...More

We had fun, yes this is a bit pricey for ice cream and gifts, but the tour was very reasonable and the sample ice cream in the tour was really good.

Also very crowded but line moved fast. I had a double fudge hot fudge brownie Sunday that was to die for. My wife had a waffle cone with Jimmy Fallon cookie Doe. All were excellent.

We took the tour of the factory but they were not working due to Thanksgiving break. We were able to see the production floor with very informative videos of how the magic milk changes into ice cream. It was well worth the trip.

Not sure of the total. Obviously the summer has the highest volume while non-school vacation days, M-F, are the lowest. We've visited many times and have never been bothered by nor found it overly crowded.
