We had no idea of the important part Custis and his relatives played in the history of Virginia. This site is maintained with private funds. The history of this place is phenominal - the views from the beach a beautiful.

This is a few miles off of Rd 13. Not much to see but memorial. You can take pamphlets that explain it's connection to Arlington.
