Very close to Monticello, the orchard is great for apple picking and scenic views. The facility also serves fresh hot/ cold apple cider, and has variety of farm products available at the store. It is a bit of a walk (10-15 min) along a dusty road to get to the trees. And we had to walk downhill several rows of... More

We didn't come to pick apples, we only came to check out their store: PRICEY. Ended up picking up some delicious apple butter. The view was worth the drive. We came during the week to avoid the crowds.

This is a great place to go with the whole family. Whether for apple picking or just sitting and listening to the music while eating dinner and sampling local beverages, to just sitting and admiring the fantastic view, this a great excursion to for all. The doughnuts top it all off!

They are made fresh and to die for. They have music on weekend nights in fair weather and wine tasting. It can be VERY crowded... More

Too cloudy to see the panoramic view, but the selection of fresh, local apples and delicious apple products was great! I was happy to share these fabulous apples, but sad to give away my last apples when I returned to Florida. Fun and interesting gifts for grandkids.

I highly recommend a visit up to Carters Mountain. The view is incredible and it's a fun place to spend an hour tasting cider and wine. Their donuts are the best !
