We have biked on this trail a number of times and really love it. Because the trail meandors along the Dan River, it is very level and ideal for biking.

The finest trail in Virginia! Even if you aren't a seasoned Outdoorsman, you'll love the diversity of flora and fauna that you get to appreciate on Danville's Riverwalk Trail!

Good size trail, be very careful on crowded days the one's ridding bikes will run you over! Always well maintained and clean.

If you like to walk outside, this is a great place to walk, bike or run. There are some places that you will walk in the sun, but there is a lot of shade as well. Come on out and get fit.

The riverwalk trail is wonderful. It is clean, safe, well maintained and GROWING! I try and utilize it for outdoor cardio at least 3 times per week.

Danville's river walk is nice easy way to experience the river and some of the local wildlife. Walk or ride, plenty of shade and places to stop. Some bridges cross the river. Good for photography. Some sections were still damaged/ closed from some previous flooding.
