I just love this park! I stayed in Cabin #1 in early April 2017. Cabins do not look like much outside, but they are gorgeous inside! Do not miss Tye River Overlook or the James River walk!

You can use your own tubes. You can only have alcohol inside your camping equipment (RV or tent). This is a state law that prohibits public display of alcoholic beverages so it applies to floating down the river too.
