Just a short drive from the winery corridors along Rt. 15 and Rt. 9 in Loudoun County, VA and convenient to Maryland, West Virginia and Pennsylvania wine lovers as well!

Hiddencroft Vineyards is situated on a 26-acre former farmstead in Lovettsville, VA.

Our tasting room is an 1830’s farmhouse. We hold special music events and tastings in our rustic 1930’s bank-barn or on our large barrel-shaped patio. Our barn is also available for private parties and corporate events. We periodically open our wine production facility for tours and barrel tastings.

Our tasting house and winery are surrounded by butterfly gardens and our orchard. You can sample award winning wines, chat with the winemaker / owners, and learn about wine-making. After your tasting, relax on the tasting house deck or patio, snack on light fare available in our tasting house or bring your own picnic lunch. The atmosphere is friendly, casual and relaxing.

Open year round for tastings and wine sales, Thursday - Monday, Noon - 6PM. Closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.

Nice tasting. Enjoyed the cab franc most. Creek running through property. Owner friendly and knowledgeable. Very off the beaten path. Beautiful area. Grow almost all their own grapes. 10 wines to taste.

This winery is in a beautiful country setting and the grounds were decorated for the fall. We enjoyed the wine pouring and some of the wines were excellent. I felt the pourings were generous and the hosts were very personable. There was a great variety of wines to sample, and I ended up purchasing 3 bottles. If you are in... More

This winery had the least favorite wines I had sampled this past Saturday. When I arrived with my husband there was a tasting table open which only had two others at the table. We walked it and even though it was not busy it took some time before we were greeted. When we were invited to the table with the... More

We stopped here on the recommendation of Spencer at Stone Manor. This winery has the most generous, and delicious, wine tasting in the area. We left with two bottles and will definitely be back when we're in the area again!

Te setting and amenities are pretty and it didn't hurt that we visited on a lovely and warm Saturday in October. While the pourings may have been a tad stingy, the wines were good and the hospitality and service were excellent. I have wonderful memories of our visit.

I had such a wonderful time visiting Hiddencroft and meeting the owner, that I wanted to grab my Baptist friends and say,"You've got to visit this place!" The wines were delightful. There was not a single one I disliked. Traminette, Chambourcin, and Petit Verdot were memorable. But my FAVORITE part was meeting the owner and learning about the history of... More

This is such a beautiful winery. The wine staff were lovely and very knowledgeable. She described each wine and with a few back stories which I love. I would recommend this winery. Its such a hidden laid back gem!

This was my last winery for the day and it was my least favorite. The tasting included a rose, two whites, four reds and three fruit wines. They had crackers and chocolates to have along with the tasting. As I am not a fan of red or dry wines, I skipped all but one of the reds. The wines were... More

For $8 we got twice as many tastings as the other winery. I didn't like half of them - but that's just my tastes. I liked that I got to try them. The person pouring wines was so personable and spent a lot of time with us. Awesome experience.

Staying at a local B&B and Hiddencroft happened to be the closest winery. Didn't have any expectations but was VERY impressed at the quality of the wines. We had an excellent tasting experience and brought home a number of bottles, highly recommend!!
