We just stayed at the resort and cannot say enough good things about the resort. Our rooms were beautiful and well equipped some of the best that we have found with our RCI timeshare. The staff at the resort was very helpful with the check in and offered excellent recommendations for dining. Very clean and comfortable beds in our condos.

We stayed off season at the Summit at Massanutten. We had a great view of the mountain and into the valley. The facilities were clean and well maintained. We did have a couple of maintenance issues with the grill and washer/dryer, but they come quickly and fixed it all right away. We were very pleased with our accommodations and there were a number of activities to pursue on the resort grounds, even in the off season.

We love massanutten. We will be back every year because it is so beautiful. They have ever single thing you want and need. They are so helpful and so kind. So much wildlife to see and it is just breathtaking. The amenities are so clean and well taken care of. So thankful for Massanutten. My family has been coming here for almost 20 years and it is nostalgic.

We stayed a week at Regal Vistas, September 2020. Regal Vistas was perfect considering the COVID cautions. The units are side by side duplexes with separate entrances and a garage. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked. They supply you with a starter basket of kitchen essentials. Each bathroom has a supply of toilet paper and Kleenex. Our unit was very clean . Check-in was at 6:00PM. There was a line before 6. The staff at check-in was very cordial and helpful. COVID precautions were in place. There is a daily activity fee. We did take out meals almost every night. We had take out food from the Virginia BBQ . There are other restaurants on site that we did not utilize. There are other places to eat within 10 minutes of the resort. We had food from Hanks and pizza from Ciro's. Each unit has their own gas grill. There is free WiFi which worked well at the Regal Vistas. Real Vistas also has its own pool. The weather was not great when we were there, so we only used the pool twice. at this time it was not crowded. There is so much to do at this resort, which due to the COVID virus, we did not take part in. We basically chilled and used this as a change of scenery trip. There is a neat indoor/outdoor waterpark which was open with restrictions, but we chose not to go. There are several golf courses which look really nice. We saw a lot of deer as we traveled around the resort - which is huge!! We will be back.

We stayed at Woodstone Meadows in Unit 231F for a week. The elevator was really dirty and sticky and had not been cleaned in a long time. There was also a hand sanitizer mounted on the wall of the elevator that stayed empty. The hallways have not been vacuumed in a long time and had a terrible odor. There is no excuse for poor housekeeping during the Covid pandemic. We were charged an amenity fee $68.25. As far as we could see it only covered the pool and gym. Other Gold Crown timeshares charge $25.00 amenity fee. There is a charge for the chairlift and the outdoor water park. The indoor water park is closed. There is no towel exchange. There were 2 towels, washcloths, and hand towels in the master bath. There were 3 towels in the guest bath and 2 hand towels and washcloths. There is no towel exchange. The washer and dryer in the hallway outside the unit is apartment sized and held only the towels from each bath to be washed separately. Time consuming and no one wants to spend their vacation doing towels. We could not get much air in the bedrooms so we checked the air conditioner's filter and it had not been changed in so long that the dirt had built up so thick I'm surprised there was any air at all. We had maintenance come and change it. He didn't clean the cover which had strings of built up lint and dirt. We cleaned it .This is far from a gold crown timeshare. I did a review on RCI and Tripadvisor when we returned and it was not posted so I'm posting it again.
