Well staying at the Massanutten resort in July 2020 with four teenage kids, not all of which enjoyed arts and crafts etc., we were looking for something fun to do and decided to give this a chance. What a wonderful experience this was! The actors were great, engaging, fully in character and very fun to watch. Even our hard to please teenagers were impressed and found the entire event fun. The best of all the food was great and there was more than enough for everyone. We personally enjoyed the crab legs but everything we tried was delicious. The teams liked it so much they asked if they could do it again the next night 🙌🥳 We will definitely do it again next time we come ❤️ PS It is a Comedy Murder Mystery. Parents discretion on the age of the children, if your kid has a great sense of humor bring them along to have a good time.

We went as a family of four to the dinner theater in Wayne NJ. The location was convenient but the venue could have been better. It was a bit drafty and the decor was very simple. The food was not too good. The entertainment was okay in terms of the actors being well trained. However, the interactive nature of the theater was impeded by loud folks in the audience who made it difficult to follow and participate. They need to have a director or a moderator to facilitate the theater part.

We really enjoyed this murder mystery dinner. The actors did well portraying the characters. We thought they could have had a few more props but overall they did a good job. The food was good and there was plenty of dinner options to choose from. The appetizers ran out quickly though. Desserts could have been better - cold apple cobbler (I do mean cold, would have been better warned or at room temp) and the cheesecake was delicious but it broke when you tried to cut it making it look sloppy. Having some small brownies or cookies for the kids would have been nice.

Me and my husband went to see the show as expected I didn’t find that good . Dresses were not very attractive as expected and the Presentation just ok, not worth the money you spend for dinner. Drinks expensive too, should be inclusive.

We used money from a tour to book this show. After seeing it I would say it is a fair value if you pay the price out of pocket. If you want to be seated first you will need to prepay for your tickets. If you don't prepay you will need to queue up and go through the checkout which was a single person and took about 45 min to get through. Not well planned or well executed. Once in the room you will be seated at a table for 8 so if there are less than 8 of you it is likely you will be seated with strangers. No table was better than any other because the play takes place all around the room. Each table is sent to the buffet one at a time and they keep the buffet full so you don't need to worry about running out of food. The night we went there were vegetarian, chicken, beef, pork, and seafood options as well as veggies. I was a little limited because only the pork and seafood was cooked without onion and I am allergic, but the pork was really good and the smoked Salmon and crab legs were great. there were several desert options that were also good. I passed on the salad before the meal, again because there were onions. The show was good and at the end the actors came around to each table for you to ask questions about their character to help solve the crime. They were not allowed to lie to you but they did not have to give you straight answers either. For example if you ask, did you do it they would likely ask why would I do it and leave it at that. Each table submitted a joint answer and during desert the actors decided which table gave the best answer and reasoning. We solved the crime and gave the reasons but another table provided more detail and they got the prize. Each of them got a little magnifying glass. Not much but a nice souvenir of the evening. I would recommend this for mature teens and up, it could be a fun family night if your kids are old enough. This is a laid back evening so if you visit with friends you will likely have a good time
