We visited Primland Resort for our 35th anniversary. It is located in the Blue Ridge Mountains in Meadows of Dan, VA. ( a six hour drive from Savannah , Ga) We stayed in the 2 story Pinnacle Cottages, specifically Bluebird # 60. These cottages are just two years old. The well decorated one bedroom cottage on the upper floor ,had... More

Lovely course, quiet, with great views and the course was in immaculate condition. Very good service as well. Nice small range, large putting green and short game area. well worth the time and effort to play one of the countries top courses

Second time I was here. Still a beautiful and challenging course to play. The greens are immense and challenging. If you don't hit it straight, be prepared to pay the price. Beautiful views.

My husband enjoyed the course as it was so well maintained. It was very hilly and a cart course. It costs mush more to play on a weekend than weekday so plan ahead. Not extremely busy so you don't fell rushed.

Course is challenging and well maintained played after aeration but at a nicely reduced rate. Friendly staff. Few golfers. Course is a mountain course which challenges you to stay in the fairway.

I've made 2 trips with friends to play golf and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Fantastic views and not a bad hole on the golf course. I'm not sure you can find a course in better shape, from the t-boxes to the greens the greens keeper and his staff are the best at what they do. They take full advantage... More

This course is in excellent condition. The greens are crazy fast though, so be prepared. Play more than once for best results. Pace of play is excellent, and you see the beverage cart frequently throughout your round. Unless you are a fabulous scratch golfer you will find this course challenging, and probably won't have the round of your life, but... More

One of the most beautiful courses in the country. Holes 1 and 2 are worth the money. Perfect conditions, felt like we had the course to ourselves.

To begin with on arrival you will be surely be surprised at what is at the end of the 5-6 mile drive to the course. The lodge and views are amazing, from the moment you arrive you will be made to feel special. Then from the pro shop to the practice facilities you will see you are at the premier course... More
