neelkanth is must visit place in rishikesh. this is much crowded place. avoid visit is sawan. temple closes at 08.00 so visit here early morning.

Waste of time to get here.. It's filthy n chaotic.. Priests hardly allow any one to stay more than a second.. Then they want donations.. What a pathetic place.

You can go Whether it is raining or not. If you like adventure then the foot trek is a good one otherwise take a shared jeep.
