I was very excited to have time to visit as I had seen it from the road several times. The house itself is old and interesting, however, since it has very little from the original owners they had on display items from that time period....More

Had the tour through the house but didn’t find it too interesting, guide kept referring to the relics in each room but they just seemed to be a bunch of stuff, some of which seemed ordinary and new.

Another hidden place that doesn't get much attention! We bought a combination ticket in conjunction with admission to the Virginia War Museum and Lee Hall Mansion, so that was a good deal. (Discounts are offered for 62+, so it's an even better combo deal.) Our...More

After visiting Lee Hall, I went to this place. It does not look like much, but much happened here. It is worth your time.
