One of the last four US Navy Battleships. Well presented and easily toured although not if you have trouble climbing steep ladders and stairs but you can access the main deck. How the sailors lived and worked is well presented. And you can tour a...More

Had a great guide Chipper and Olly did a great tour, but kept getting distracted by the Army lanyard, kept thinking, as a retired Seabee Senior Chief why Army on Navy Ship. LOL.

We visited the Battleship as a result of a dear friends retirement that was being held on board. Because of this and me being in uniform as was required we did not have to pay for admission. Even so we had the opportunity to walk...More

Never having been on a ship of this size, I did not appreciate it's size. At full capacity, this ship held 2900 crew members. This exhibit appeals to both young and old alike. I would recommend seeing it if you are in the area.

So glad we came here and took the tour. Our guide was extremely informative and really made the information come to life with his accounts of history. Could have spent an entire day on the ship..it's huge. Would love to take part in one of...More

Ship was impressive. Museum was interesting in certain sections. Got to see some of the original equipment used on the ships.

Interesting but takes to long to get around. Appreciate the tour but hard for a Marine to consider cramped quarters a hardship. Father in law came to Norfolk many times for reunion and he loved them. I don't go to Marine reunions. A tour of...More

As a child I built battleship models, including many Iowa-class. I recall the thrill I got when some of them, like the Wisconsin was recommissioned in the 80s. Now after 50 years of waiting, I finally got to see the inside of a battleship. It...More

Stopped at the Wisconsin for a tour as well as the naval yard boat tour! I highly recommend both activities! The Wisconsin is an awesome, powerful vessel that really demonstrates how much power it must have imposed at one time! A must see for everyone....More

It was a lot of fun to explore this impressive and historic vessel. Although much of the lower decks are closed to the public, there is still much of the ship to enjoy. You really experience how living on this ship must've been for the...More

I would bring a jacket because you are on the waterfront and in Norfolk the joke is what 5 minutes and the weather will change. Also, you may want a scarf in case the wind is up. There really aren't any tight places that I... More

With military discount I think it was $21.95 per ticket. Well worth it.
