Cable car trip is fun! Sure like ok when is the last time you were on a cable car. Good views, we'd a cable car to ourselves after getting drunk in all the port houses so we could take a easy way up the hill!...More

Only a short journey so bit pricey but must do for the best views both on the journey and from the various miradors at the top

Even people who don't like height will enjoy this trip. Short ride but a nice place too see the city and the Douro.

While not the most amazing experience, it's a handy way to get back up the hill to walk across the top of the bridge. It's about a 5 minute ride with neat views but nothing you can't see for free from the bridge or other...More

A pleasant gentle ride back up the hill to the top level of the Pont Luis. May be a bit overpriced though as €6.00 for one way.

Even if it is something spensive at my point of view, when i went there you got a free wine tasting on Quinta Santa Eufémia, right around the corner of the way out. Great view, and way to went down to Douro River.

We were staying in Gaia, so boarded at river level and really enjoyed the breathtaking views as we gained altitude. I doubt the trip down is as exciting. And then a convenient walk across into Porto.

Absolutely. Various routes for walking down to the riverbank, if you head away first you can go to a port warehouse such as Taylors. Otherwise, why not enjoy the views walking over the upper level of the bridge (going across... More

We will be in Porto November 5-7 after completing a Douro River Cruise. Will the Teleferico still be running that late in the year?
