Wonderful museum, it was a shame that there were only a few translations in English. But such an insight on how this village has grown and how their life used to be. So worth a visit, best euro I’ve spent

We went to Mijas for the day and visited this museum. The entry fee was just €1 which was amazing value. Inside there were many items from the history and culture of Mijas. Well worth a visit if you like your history.

From olive to wine pressing and domestic items from rural areas this is really a fascinating place of about 10 rooms. It’s really cheap at a Euro but I would rather have paid twice that to get English translation of the description boards.
