Mountain biking from Cadaqués

The actual lighthouse is nothing exciting, but the walk is beautiful. We rode it with bikes rented at the hotel and some parts were a bit of a challenge, but lots of fun.

Lighthouse is not open so that is not the attraction . The walk there is the attraction we did it via an old hermitage and took 4 hours but it can be done there and back along the coast from Cadaques.

There are not enough words in dictionary to describe this place. Fantastic, unbelievable view. Seating there, viewing beautiful Costa Brava coast is one of the most briliant thing I have seen ever. Go there, stay for a while and you will remember that for your whole life.

It is up and down - corresponding to 64 floors according to my health apps - but definitely worth the effort. The trail is quite walkable - it takes about an hour from the harbour to the lighthouse. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful!

On the end of a strainge landscape of the National Park Cap de Creus on the most high point is the Far de Cala Nans; Whether for the building or for the view, the walk up the hill is worth it; The Lighthouse offers a unique perspective.

Tough walk . it took us 90 minutes from our hotel. It was definitely worth the effort, but there are some tight cliff parts of the walk. Some amazing views along the way. Great photo opportunities.

There and back at a normal pace takes approx 2 hours, although count on extra if you want to take the track down to Cala Nans beach and have a swim or down to the little landing below the lighthouse. One of my favourite walks.

we walked from our hotel on the path past Dali's house, thru the woods for a long time and came to the beautiful lighthouse view. we had espresso in the small café at the top. The wind was blowing and the view was incredible. from there we found a path that let to the back side of the special paved... More

I've been to this part of Spain on numerous occasions, and the walk to Cala Nans Lighthouse, on the southern tip of Cadaques Bay is a must for scenery, and some exercise to burn off the calories. On my most recent visit to Cala Nans, Cadaques I decided to shoot some skyscapes, one is attached to this post showing clouds... More

A morning jog or an afternoon hike of approx 1,5 will take you to the lighthouse and back to Cadaques. Running shoes work fine, but mountain shoes are maybe a better option as the trail is a bit rough sometimes. Could work with kids (+6 years, i would say), but keep them close at the trail is not secured, the... More
