Was a complete joke, they pack you in like sardines, cafeteria style seating, seemed unorganized, food took forever and was not the greatest. For the price, felt ripped off. As soon as I walked in, the ambiance was les than what I expected, don't bother getting dressed up,and don't bother going unless you like wasting your money. I had organized a group of 8 ,and... This show was a bit predictable but it was hilarious to talk to the actors and try to find out little quirky things about them for the clues. They stayed in character very well through it all. We had a blast. The only thing we did not care for was the low quality food for the price of the show.... More

We went for Valentine's Day - thought a dinner and a show would be fun to try out. Cost: $90 for two adults. This was a complete joke. There were over 70 people crammed into a small banquet room, with tables in long rows against the wall. The buffet food was actually worse than cafeteria food with tiny bones throughout... More

After 20 years in the entertainment business I have learned you definitely can't please everyone. I only wish the other people in the room who actually participated in the murder mystery and enjoyed themselves to the point where my actors stayed late to shake hands, pose for photos as they do every night, had taken the time to go onto... This is the worst experience I have ever encountered, as far as dinner shows are concerned... The acting wasn't the best.. The atmosphere was terrible.. And the food? DISGUSTING! Also, they overcharged everyone for their drinks.. 4 Bud Lights at $3.50/ea, total came to $12 plus tax and gratuity for a total of $15+... I asked everyone at our table... More

I've been to quite a few murder mystery dinners. The actors were fantastic. The setting, plot, and food were TERRIBLE. It was not worth the money we spent to be there. Wish the setting was more intimate (instead of off the side of a busy restaurant) and related to the theme of the show. The food was absolutely disgusting. the... More

A great night! We were in Virginia Beach for a long weekend and decided to check out the dinner theater on Saturday night. We had so much fun. The actors were great and the show was very funny. I was so impressed by their ability to react to the audience and make us look like suspects. The actor playing the... More

The people were very friendly and the actors were so much fun. It was a good time and the audience participation part was my favorite. Of the other 5 murder mysteries I have attended this one was not much of a mystery. It was murderer was very apparent early into it, to the point where you are thinking it is... More

We had a BLAST! We decided to do this on the last night of our vacation! My husband thought it might be a little boring and wasn't sure if he wanted to go or not. The kids and I told him we were going with or without him! He decided to go but I could tell he had already convinced... More

We were really expecting a great experience at Angelo's from the advertisements we saw in the coupon books, and the fact that they were booking three days ahead of time for reservations. Not at all what we anticipated. The show is put on in a small diner - very cramped seating and not a lot of room to move around.... More

I think Doug J's review is bang on. The food is not great and on it's own very unimpressive. The show is campy and fun, not really my thing but our teenage girls had a blast. If you like corny little theatre bits and don't mind great diner food than you'll like it, otherwise I'd skip it.
