Edgar Cayce founded this center. Known as the Sleeping Prophet, Mr. Cayce developed natural herbal remedies for various ailments. Visitors can tour the building and discuss remedies, do research, and enjoy the tranquility.

After 26 years of being a member I finally made it here. The experience was overwhelming. I took a conference here which was enjoyable and everybody I meant was wonderful. To see the history and all the history and Casey readings truly was a blessing in my life. They have a new café which is great food local and wonderful... More

If you like just a face wash and mask, this is your place. No facial massage was really a bummer for me..

I’m sorry you did not enjoy your facial at the A.R.E. Health Center and Spa. The Cayce/Reilly Facial, developed over the past 50 years, contains a facial massage that occurs after the therapist applies hot towels and performs the cleansing. The massage is done with organic extra virgin olive oil before the mask is applied. We welcome you back for... More

I'd always wanted to visit the A.R.E., ever since I learned of Edgar Cayce (the famous psychic). I'm really glad I did! The people were very warm, friendly, and welcoming. I only wished they stayed open a little later than 5:00 pm, because after the (very interesting) free lecture, it was almost closing time. I solved the problem, though, by... More

Stopped in to visit the book store to see what new books were being highlighted. I had been to the center on other visits to the beach and had read and purchased many of the Edgar Cayce's books. My first visit years ago was very exciting to me as I was working in the area of "Neuro-Linguistic Programming" and Edgar... More

You'll find a large spa offering deep tissue massage, reiki, chiropractic, and various holistic treatments, a meditation room, a labyrinth and gardens, a wonderful book/ gift shop, and a fantastic little eatery, all overlooking the Atlantic Ocean!

The facility offers a historical film to introduce Edgar Cayce. There are tours and a gift shop. A bit boring if you are not into holistic medicine.
