This was a good place for a bike ride through the beautiful trees. It is easy to get to but yet remote in the middle of Virginia Beach. The bike ride was easy.

Not your typical State Park! Enjoy the pristine environment, native flora and fauna, the secluded trails and quiet retreat! This is an exceptional state park - for the entire family.

Thank you for your great tips for a camping trip to False Cape State Park. I will add that depending on how the wind is blowing, the flies are not bad all summer.
