Until you visit you never really appreciate our early American history. Here you find people working to uncover and rebuild the past so we may all experience the effort our ancestors put forth to shape this country in it's earliest formative period.

We have been to Williamsburg many times, but this was our first Jamestown visit. So enjoyed the guides, the exhibits, and the settlement. Our favorite was the ships.

We have been to the settlement a few times, and each time it is well worth the trip, younger kids can enjoy the ships and teenagers who think they know everything can learn a little as well! Our whole family enjoyed our visit.

Not much to see just a museum and a drivwe around the forest / marsh. Couldn't get to the glass house as this attraciton is not handicaped friendly.

Great information and history I especially liked the talk ships and the characters were so knowledgeable about the life we took our time and got to really feel the every day life of Jamestown
