While traveling across the country, my husband wanted to visit Chelan. He had been there many years ago and wanted to share this with me. We had such a great time there. It was a beautiful day and there were so many people, especially families enjoying the park.

Love coming here. It is nice and quiet and they allow dogs if you keep them on a leash. Very relaxing with a lovely view.

Beebe is clean and quiet. It isn't really rough camping to say the least. It it's a good place to stay in the Chelan area if you're looking to save.

We walked a bit down the road from the park at the Beebe Springs Natural reserve area. This area used to be an apple orchard and is being restored so it will return to be a natural habitat for fish, birds and other wildlife right next to the Columbia River. It takes less than an hour to walk in the... More

Although you can see the lake and part of the park, it is not until you actually go down too the actual river walk that you see and realize what a beautiful park this is. We were pleasantly surprised to be able too have such a scenic walk that was not strenuous. The park is very well maintained and a... More

We frequently stop at this lovely little park right on the Columbia River for a picnic lunch. It has a campground, picnic tables, restrooms, even tennis courts. It's also very well maintained.

We wandered down to the park to eat our lunch and were amazed at the extent of the park and how the grounds are so well kept.

The walk around the lake/river area between the two bridges in Chelan is a lot of fun. Its a casual walk and the park looks like a cute area for festivals or the like but there isn't anything there for young kids, so I'd take the elsewhere.

This park is just 10 minutes from Chelan, and while spots cannot be reserved, it's worth taking a chance at getting a spot here. Hookups are only water and power, but the park has a convenient dump station. All campsites are paved, and accommodate tents or RVs. They are quite spacious with nice, green grass, picnic tables, and fire pits.... More
