Near Mt Ranier National Park in Elbe, WA this rustic ranch has gentle well-cared for horses; suitable for beginner to expert riders. Trails are wooded and hilly with beautiful views. Guides are warm, knowledgeable and friendly (and volunteers, so please tip them if you can). 1-3 hour rides available, river and sunset options, too. Open daily, call ahead for reservations.... An amazing place to go horse back riding! The views were spectacular and it was so peaceful. I will return every year. My boys had so much fun. They work really hard to maintain their horses, Jeff is an awesome guy with a big heart. Everyone should go there atleast once!!

I highly recommend these folks if you are looking for an interesting, safe and fun guided trail ride. Our guide was knowledgeable as well as capable and made sure that all folks in our party, regardless of experience level, knew what to anticipate and how to handle different aspects of the trail. Judging from folks in our party, the more... More

We went for a two hour ride up and down a mountain with a great view on top! I've been horseback riding many times before, but this time was a new experience again!

My friend and I went out with Jeff for a three hour ride that was so much fun it felt like an hour. The horses were in fabulous shape and managed the trail up the mountain with out even breaking a sweat. Although we are both experienced riders it was easy to see this ride could easily be for all... I took my 10 yo son, who had never ridden solo as his 14 yo sister who also went. The horses were well cared for without being spoiled. The ride was not a boring trod across a field, it was well into the forest where it was quiet and simply breathtaking. Sam was strict but very kind and accommodating. I... More

I took my niece here for her first horseback ride and we went out with Samantha for a two hour ride. It was her first solo tour as a guide and we found her to be very pleasant and helpful. I cannot say the same for Jeff. Although our interaction with him was very brief it left a bad taste... More

My husband and I had Shannon as our guide. She was very outgoing and perfect for a trail leader. We chose the mountain course. It was single file through narrow openings and several rocky surfaces. It concerned me for the horses because its a pretty brisk pace, and having horses myself, I wouldn't push them to do anything that was... More

i have gone to ride here a few times Jeff and Shannon are always nice and helpful, they are excellent with small childeren and with people who may be a little intimidated by such large animals.

The horse I was ridding was 27 yrs. old, the oldest by only 7 yrs. of the other 3 in my party. The ride is ALL single file in mud and rocks and roots and in the trees up the hill and then down with NO level trail! If this floots your boat then have at it. My 11 yr.... More
