We will be closed from November 15th-March 31st, opening day is april 1st and our last day of the season is November 14th. Set high on a ridge above the Kittitas Valley, Puget Sound Energy's Renewable Energy Center offers up-close views of the wind turbines and solar arrays, local wildlife, and the Cascade mountain range. Displays in the exhibit area highlight wind and solar technology, as well as the area’s unique natural history. The center is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily from April through November 15th, weather permitting. A conference room accommodating 48 people and a kitchen area are available for group use. Presentations and tours can be arranged in advance for larger groups. Daily tours to the base of the turbines are offered at 10:00 am and 2:00 pm.

It was a clear, sunny day when we were there and you could see for miles. We learned a lot about wind and solar power. Especially the wind turbines.
