We started at Langus Park and walked along the Snohomish River to Spencer Island. This is very pleasant and quiet. The path is paved and level so it is an easy walk.

You have a few options to bike, walk, or take more of a hike. You can stay in the grassy/ gravel road area or go on the river side (paved here). There are birds galore. The scenery is ever changing. Some people let their dogs...More

We visited on an overcast day. We parked at what we thought was the entrance, but you need to go past the water treatment plant to the left. So we ended up taking the non-scenic hour walk to get to Spencer Park, but once we...More

There's not much to this park but the natural beauty that surrounds you. The walking path is flat and paved. Many bicycle the path as well. The path winds along the Snohomish River and then diverts to the slough. Its often empty except for beautiful...More

It's great to be able to get outside in a quiet setting. There is water and many kinds of birds. Nice place to stroll and collect your thoughts and get away from sounds of the city.

Except for the people who ignore the signs and bring their dogs into the park ( a bird sanctuary and the dogs disturb them) it is a wonderful and beautiful park. A lot nicer at high tide.
